Food Counter Attendant

Spring Valley Farms Ltd. dba McDonalds Restaurant is currently hiring 9 permanent full-time Food Counter Attendants for its three restaurants located in Moose Jaw, SK. Duties and Responsibilities: Take customers food orders. Assemble and wrap food such as hamburgers, fries, salads, beverages, shakes, coffee and desserts. Prepare all food products according to approved procedures. Portion and wrap foods, keep records of quantities used. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items. Package take-out food. Serve customers at counter and drive through. Work with cash register. Ensure that production area is organized and clean. Replenish condiments and other supplies in services areas. Maintain courteous interaction with customers all times. Ensure working conditions of food preparation equipment and notifies management immediately when equipment requires repair. Ensure appearance is neat, professional and clean at all times. Initiate actions to correct customers complaints and refers customers concerns to management immediately. Kitchen Help: Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas. Remove kitchen garbage and trash, Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
