- Train team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Motivate staff to attain set sales targets
- Identify operational issues and coach for improvement
- Review sales reports to strategize effectively
- Maintain effective communication within the team
- Minimum of 3 years in retail sales
- At least 2 years of retail management experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Flexibility to manage schedules, including weekends
