Elevate your career as an Electrical Construction Pursuit Manager at Symtech. This role focuses on managing project pursuits through innovative proposal development, cost estimation, and stakeholder collaboration. As the Pursuit Manager, your expertise guides all aspects of project lifecycle from early engagement to final submission. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, develop GMP budgets, and ensure alignment with client needs using a Design Assist approach. Partnering with architects and engineers, you'll drive successful outcomes in competitive proposal submissions while emphasizing safety and quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pursuit lifecycle for various electrical projects
- Prepare cost estimates and proposals with Accubid
- Validate GMP costs to align with client requirements
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders in preconstruction
- Identify Value Engineering solutions to enhance competitiveness
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
- Minimum 5 years in electrical estimating for ICI projects
- Advanced expertise with Accubid estimating software
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple pursuits
