Medical Sales Representative- 1 yr contract

AstraZeneca seeks a Medical Sales Representative for a one-year contract covering BC's Lower Mainland and Northern regions. The role focuses on promoting respiratory products to healthcare professionals, meeting sales targets, and building customer relationships while supporting patients with COPD and asthma.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales management plans to meet or exceed regional sales objectives
- Promote respiratory product portfolio and provide education to healthcare professionals across primary care, specialty, pharmacy, and allied health sectors
- Analyze market data and organize sales activities including events, expense management, and education initiatives
- Collect and report adverse events in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with sales team, medical colleagues, and key influencers to drive business success and gather field insights
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of successful sales experience
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales; respiratory experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills within primary care community
- Ability to influence others, establish credibility, and cultivate business relationships
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with driving abstract; willingness to travel
Compensation: $89,208.80–$117,086.55 base annually
