Your mentoring capabilities and technical direction will enhance team performance and project outcomes across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead civil engineering efforts for major water projects
• Collaborate with market leads for business development
• Train and mentor engineering staff effectively
• Navigate various project roles including Project Discipline Lead
• Ensure quality and performance monitoring for projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is mandatory
• Active Professional Engineer registration in Ontario
• Minimum of 20 years in professional engineering
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in mentoring teams and guiding designs
