Org Design Principal - Hybrid Role

In this role as Org Design and Operating Model Principal, you will collaborate with diverse teams to assess and enhance organizational strategies. • Analyze complex organizational structures and needs

Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Organizational Development, or similar
• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• Experienced in organizational design for large companies

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
