Position: Â Director, Program Management (Treasury/Risk)
Location:Â Hybrid, 2-3x per week in office (Toronto, Downtown)
Structure : Permanent, Full-Time
Pay: Â $150,000 to $175,000 CAD

Requirements:
- 10+ years of project management experience with a track record of successfully managing complex technology transformation in digital banking sector
- 12+ years leading large-scale business/technology programs
- Experience establishing and championing program governance, PMO practices, or agile delivery frameworks
- Experience as a PM at a Canadian bank
- Experience with Enterprise Delivery Frameworks
- Proven experience in strategic planning and portfolio management
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree, PMP or equivalent certification
