Souris Family Dental is seeking an enthusiastic, self driven and professional Patient Coordinator/Receptionist to join our office.
Our office is a well-established, fast-paced general dentistry practice and we pride ourselves on excellence and providing the highest standard of care for our patients. We have an amazing, fast pace, knowledgeable, friendly team and welcome you to be part of it! We value your skill, knowledge and experience, no experience is required but willing to learn is a must! Office Hours - Monday-Friday 8-5pm Major Job Functions:- Scheduling appointments and managing the schedule
- Exiting patients, processing insurance claims, payments and treatment plans
- Managing incoming correspondence by phone, mail and email. Qualifications
- Past experience working in a dental office
- Proficiency in the use of dental software systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task with an attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
