Position # : 199528 Expected Start Date: July 07, 2025 Union: OOS Facility: Saskatchewan Health Authority City/Town: Weyburn Department: Workforce Planning and Employment Strategies - Rural Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes : The WPES Specialist provides advanced knowledge as a strategic partner and subject matter expert within the Human Resources Department in the design, delivery, and implementation of human resource services and strategies to improve operations, achieve goals, and resolve issues. The Specialist provides solutions for workforce planning and employment strategies issues including collective agreement interpretation, union negotiation, recruitment and retention strategies, organizational change, layoff, hiring, human rights, provincial labour law related to employment applications, in-scope and out-of-scope job evaluation and classification, salary administration, market supplements, immigration, diversity and inclusion, representative workforce, organizational design, workforce optimization and health human resource planning. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources

Other Education and Training

• Human Resources certificate is acceptable
• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Business Administration diploma is acceptable
• Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
• Bachelor of Commerce is acceptable
