Human Resources Generalist Advisor
Moment Factory
Human resources guidance and active listening define this Advisor role at Moment Factory, supporting approximately 100 employees and a dozen managers.
Reporting to the HR Team Lead, you will act as an HR Generalist across all areas of human resources management. You will serve as a trusted day-to-day contact while contributing to a healthy, inclusive, and engaging work environment. The position also supports evolving HR practices across the studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide human resources guidance and advice to employees
- Support approximately 100 employees and a dozen managers
- Act as a trusted day-to-day human resources contact
- Contribute to healthy, inclusive, engaging workplace conditions
- Help evolve human resources practices across the studio
Requirements:
- Experience supporting employees and managers across human resources areas
- Ability to provide day-to-day human resources guidance
- Strong empathy when supporting internal teams
- Active listening skills for employee needs and challenges
- Commitment to inclusive employee experiences
Support Moment Factory employees and managers through empathetic HR guidance, active listening, and evolving studio practices.
