Risk Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Risk Coordinator to join our dynamic team. A risk coordinator plays a vital role in the organization by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that may affect its operations, reputation, or financial standing.

About You:
You are a passionate and resourceful Risk Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You have a strong foundation in risk assessment, communication, and analytical skills. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to risk management, you enjoy solving complex problems and are always looking for ways to improve processes and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing legal files, including gathering invoice images, and formatting them for the lawyers.
- Managing requirements for reserve release, such as current banking information and invoices for audit purposes.
- Facilitating broker refunds by providing necessary accounting backup.
- Notifying Accounting team to either write off balances or cover written-off balances.
- Preparing release letters for clients and debtors.
- Verifying Letters of Release (LORs).
- Managing high-level or problematic A/R issues and flagging any matters requiring my attention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years working experience with an attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills to assess risk likelihood and impact
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of risk management methodologies and frameworks
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Project management skills to oversee risk mitigation initiatives
