Revenue Operations Coordinator at PICTON Investments

Picton Mahoney

Join PICTON Investments as a detail-oriented Coordinator in Revenue Operations, focusing on data maintenance and Salesforce CRM insights. This full-time role allows you to make an impact in a collaborative environment. In this position, you will support daily operations and data integrity. Working with the Director of Revenue Operations, your role includes maintaining Salesforce data, sales reporting, and CASL compliance. Your proactive approach will foster collaboration across departments and elevate client data quality. Key Responsibilities:

Manage data entry and administration in Salesforce
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
Ensure CASL compliance through consent management
Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies
Document processes and provide admin support as needed

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in business or finance
1-2 years in data support or operations roles
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
Experience with Salesforce reporting is an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
