- Verify sample identification and meet specimen requirements
- Monitor quality control standards and investigate discrepancies
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Accurately interpret and record test results
- Identify and report non-conformities promptly
- Must possess CMLTO Registration in good standing
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs and handle hazardous materials
- Previous experience in Microbiology is beneficial
