About You

You would describe yourself as a learner who enjoys variety and being part of a team that cares about providing service that makes a difference. You are physically fit to perform the job, so the work is both protected and gratifying for you. You also enjoy the reward that comes from the physical work and the creative aspect of what we do.

• Lawn & Turf Certificate or Diploma – preferred, not required.
• 2+ years experience using a line trimmer and ride‑on lawn mower.
• Provide basic maintenance to lawn equipment.
• Drive a 1‑Ton truck with trailer.
• Basic irrigation fixes.

About the Opportunity

A safe, collaborative learning environment including hands‑on training with your talented co‑workers on some of the most beautiful properties in the Okanagan Valley. We are a full‑service company meaning your role includes being attentive on your properties should something need extra attention. You also have leadership/mentor qualities to support lawn specialist trainees. Our own construction, irrigation, and maintenance crews are there to complement your work so the focus of this position will be on providing care and quality lawn care to our clients while deriving pride in your own efforts.

The Rest

Hourly rate: $25‑$30 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Hours of work: Our shifts are typically 8 hours rather than the industry norm of 10‑12. Balance!

Job types: Seasonal, Full‑time.
