Manage relationships and measurable outcomes.As a seasoned Brand Sponsorships Advisor, you will develop and execute sponsorship strategies aligned with brand and business objectives. You will manage assigned portfolios across contracts, budgets, activations, and partner relationships. The work includes collaboration with internal experts, agencies, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze partnership opportunities and contractual renewals with Team Lead consultationNegotiate agreements and manage contract compliance, amendments, and renewalsManage partnership budgets, payments, documentation, and project filesDevelop integrated activations with experts and agency partnersMonitor sponsorship performance using KPIs, analytics, and feedbackRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fieldMinimum five years' relevant brand sponsorship or partnership marketing experienceAdvanced sponsorship strategy and project management experienceAdvanced data, commercial acumen, and risk management knowledgeAdvanced English proficiency for partner and stakeholder interactionsUse sponsorship strategy, commercial judgment, and project management expertise to strengthen Desjardins partnerships and demonstrate business value.
