Shape FMP’s brand identity and digital experiences through visual design, product design, and clear communication of complex financial data.As a mid-level senior Brand Marketing Specialist and Lead Designer, you will develop brand standards, design digital products, and create marketing assets. You will collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and leadership teams. Your work will support consistent, accessible, and user-focused customer experiences across FMP’s platforms.Key Responsibilities:
Develop FMP’s brand identity, standards, and design guidelinesDesign interfaces for websites, dashboards, and digital productsCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsProduce campaign, launch, social, email, and presentation assetsUse feedback, analytics, and testing to improve usabilityRequirements:
Four or more years in brand, digital, or product designPortfolio covering identity, websites, interfaces, and user experienceProficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable toolsUnderstanding of usability, information architecture, responsiveness, and accessibilityStrong typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy skillsBring strategic brand thinking and hands-on digital design expertise to FMP’s financial data products and customer experiences.
