Brand Standards & Training Lead, Operations Excellence

Firehouse Subs in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations Excellence to define and drive standards across the restaurant network. You’ll lead product development support, implement brand standards, and work with franchise partners to boost guest satisfaction and profitability.This role requires 7+ years in large-scale restaurant operations, a Business/Operations degree, proficiency with Excel and Tableau, and strong leadership.
