Industrial Operations Shift Lead

Coordinate industrial operations for Dow in Fort Saskatchewan, guiding crews through safe work, technical decisions, and essential daily priorities.As an on-shift team lead, you will oversee operational employees and provide technical coaching. The work includes managing crew tasks, supporting operating discipline, and coordinating with Maintenance, Lab, and Quality. You will help address plant upsets, document process issues, and seek additional technical expertise when appropriate.Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical coaching, mentoring, and training supportEnsure compliance with Dow policies and standardsDrive operating discipline and work process integrationDocument process issues and communicate required informationAssist with emergencies and plant upsetsRequirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 10 years industrial or manufacturing experienceAbility to work legally in CanadaComputer application and technical skillsUnderstanding of customer needs and teamworkBring industrial leadership, process knowledge, and crew coordination skills to Dow’s operational shift team in Fort Saskatchewan.
