Lead Marketing Portfolio Governance
BDC
Lead BDC’s marketing portfolio governance with strategic planning, capital allocation, and performance measurement in a hybrid work model. Shape decisions influencing marketing value creation.As Lead, Marketing Investment and Transformation Office, you will help shift BDC Marketing toward value creation and optimal resource allocation. Partner with the CMO and marketing leadership team on priorities, investments, capabilities, and results. This role connects portfolio governance, executive analysis, transformation, and operational discipline.Key Responsibilities:
Define and operate the marketing portfolio governance modelEstablish prioritization, trade-off, and decision-making mechanismsPrepare investment recommendations for senior executivesDevelop scorecards and return on investment metricsCoordinate budgeting and resource allocation exercisesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline10 to 15 years of relevant experienceExperience in complex, matrix-based environmentsExecutive governance and decision-document experienceStrong analytical and bilingual communication skillsApply portfolio governance, capital allocation, and performance measurement expertise to advance BDC’s marketing transformation and business impact.
