Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, making it essential for those who take pride in their work.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established standards of cleanliness.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors; sanitize bathrooms and kitchens.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations and guest satisfaction.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning or custodial services is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
