Assistant Manager

JobDescription:
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations and sales leadership. This role plays a key part in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering an excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Support the Store Manager with daily store operations.
2.Lead,coach, and motivate the sales team.
3.Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
4.Assist with training, hiring and performance management.
5.Maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
6.Handle opening and closing procedures as required.
7.Previous retail leadership experience preferred..
8.Strong communication and leadership skills.
9.Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
10.Customer-focused with a passion for fashion and footwear.
