Responsibilities and Duties

• Primary duties include phone calls, meetings, follow ups, email correspondence and overall management of sales pipeline
• Consult with clients to discover their investment goals, and then guide them towards the right investment vehicle to suit their needs.
• Reply to leads in a timely fashion.
• Attend team related obligations
• Be up to date and knowledgeable in the pre-construction, resale, and rental market.
• Book appointment at the sales center with the client and take client for site visit.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent with RECO (License should be transferred to Square Yards or applied for RECO license at the time of Joining)
• Ambitious and self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be willing to work from the office location (Wed - Sat)
• Commitment to Excellence, Hard Work, and Perseverance
• Must possess strong business acumen.
• Knowledge of Toronto's Real Estate Market and Pre-construction Industry
• You must be able to drive, have a reliable vehicle and a current valid driver's license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient using computer and mobile applications and be open to learning.
