Who we need: Reporting to the Director, IT Architecture, the Workflow Automation Specialist is responsible for development, maintenance and improvement of integrated functionalities using various integration tools including, but not limited to the Workflow Composer, Microsoft Power Platform and a near-future iPaaS platform. Working with the Solutions and Technical Architects the incumbent assists with design feasibility, creates proof of concept integrations and tools; identifies new opportunities for simplification, object re-use and amalgamation; maintains and upgrades existing integrations and tools in alignment with Enterprise platform release schedules. • Providing knowledge and expertise focused on integration technologies focused on the Microsoft stack with transferrable knowledge for Anthology's Workflow Composer and Enterprise class iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, Jitterbit and Workato.
• With the support of other team members perform regular health checks on performance, error rates and error remediation processes to ensure optimal functionality.
• Actively participating in the review of new connected system releases to identify upgrade and integration re-certification requirements for all integrations and related toolkits.
• Adhering to standard DevOps principles and documentation requirements.
• Collaborating with colleagues in other teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives, to support the strategic imperatives.
• Assisting all team members within the Architecture team in solutions descovery and design sessions.
• Contributing to a positive corporate culture that supports equity, inclusion, learning, and wellness.
• Upholding the integrity of accessible design and data governance, and complies with Acessible Canada Act (ACA) and applicable data privacy legislation.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in information technology focused within Workflow and iPaaS systems, with a focus on the Microsoft and Azure platform/development ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (or international equivalent).
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and experience in IT application development, technical support and project management, in support of the corporate strategic imperatives.
• Experience working in highly dynamic and fast paced settings and/or organizations considered an asset; ability to work in a complex environment.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills; strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams).
