Production Support Clerk

Job Purpose and Impact The Production Support Clerk, will provide administrative support to an individual, a small team or department. In this role, you will coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions. Key Accountabilities Process vacation requests, submit routine requests to HR via Electronic Service Request System Perform routine administrative work within established procedures. Enter routine data into standard forms and templates and archive paper and electronic documents. Receive and relay telephone messages from internal and external sources. Handle basic clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned. #LI-MC3 Position Information Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position. There are two position available one for 1st shift and one for 2nd shift. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent. Experience working in a high-volume busy environment where multi-tasking is required. Strong customer service skills with ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Able to work cross-shifts. Able to work Saturdays when required. Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada. Preferred Qualifications 1 year of Payroll, Human Resources or Customer Service experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
