Accounting Support

We’re looking for someone with a solid accounting background to help with accounts payable, credit card expense coding and various journal entries and reconciliations as required. Demonstrated accounting experience and education is preferred.

This is an in-office position. Hours are flexible within an 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday window. Up to 40 hours per week, and we can work around real life. School pickups, morning routines, whatever the schedule looks like, we’re open to building something that works for both sides as long as the work gets done on-site.  Salary range is $20-$25 per hour.

What the work actually involves:

• Accurate data entry across accounts payable,
• Processing invoices and payments, and keeping records clean and current.
• Experience in Sage 300 or similar accounting software is a plus.

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
• Someone detail-oriented who doesn’t need hand-holding once they understand the system.
• Comfortable working independently.
