Account Growth Manager at Blacksmith Agency

Drive client success as an Account Growth Manager at Blacksmith Agency. This remote position focuses on retaining and upselling to a portfolio of established clients. Blacksmith Agency is looking for an experienced Account Growth Manager. In this role, you will manage existing accounts, ensuring strong retention while exploring growth opportunities. You’ll work with strategists to ensure clients receive cohesive service, and you will be responsible for meeting a substantial annual quota for upsells and retention. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and grow relationships with existing agency clients
Identify upsell opportunities within your client portfolio
Achieve a seven-figure annual quota through retention efforts
Collaborate with delivery teams to enhance client services
Provide proactive communication to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven agency account management experience is essential
Track record of client retention and sales success
Comfortable working with quota-based targets
Strong communication skills with senior clients
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
