- Executive Support: Conduct regular check-ins with the Executive Director; act as a sounding board on initiatives and challenges; support succession planning.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a board or governance setting
- Strong understanding of nonprofit governance and strategic planning
- Background in music, arts, culture, or the wellness sector is an asset
