  • Housing System & Intelligence Team- Delivers system level policy across the housing continuum based on research and data on short-and long-term market trends, and in consultation and partnership with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on advancing a rights-based approach to housing.
  • Renters Strategy Team – Delivers renter-focused policy and program development, research, program evaluation, consultations and strategic project planning, including for matters related to the Residential Tenancies Act, rental building standards, and renter education and awareness.
