WIN (Warehouse Installation Network) is recognized as the premier lead generator for Lifestyle Home Products , the largest independent manufacturer of sunrooms, windows, doors, and the all-Canadian True North Bath Remodel. Our company’s rapid growth and robust partnerships with some of North America’s leading retailers have paved the way for us to expand our Non-Traditional Sales Team.

We are searching for enthusiastic, hardworking, and entrepreneurial individuals who excel in engaging with customers at retail locations. If you enjoy meeting new people and thrive in a dynamic atmosphere, we would love for you to join our team!
Requirements
- Possession of a Class 5 Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle (required)
- Willingness to commute to various retail locations
- Weekday and weekend availability is a must
- A passion for engaging with potential customers and scheduling in-person consultations
- Openness to follow our proven sales methodology and achieve daily/weekly targets

Your Role
- Travel to various retail locations to connect with new customers
- Schedule consultations to present our outstanding range of products
- Contribute to the ongoing success and expansion of our team
Compensation and Schedule
Salary starts at $20.50 per hour, plus bonus pay.
- Shifts are 5 to 6 hours long
- Workdays: Monday to Sunday
- Weekday operating hours: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Weekend operating hours: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Morning and afternoon shifts available (8:30 AM to 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM)
- Opportunities are available for part-time weekday and weekday shifts
- Weekday and weekend availability is a must .
