Position: Vape Field Sales Representative

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Job Summary: As a Vape Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's vape products within a designated territory in Canada. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and end-users. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the vaping industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

• Actively seek out new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients, retailers, and distributors.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning, territory management, and customer engagement.

2. Product Knowledge:

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's vape products, their features, and benefits.
• Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to retail staff to enhance product knowledge.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

4. Market Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
• Provide feedback to the company on market dynamics and make recommendations for product improvements.

5. Reporting:

• Prepare regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Track customer interactions, sales, and other relevant data.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in field sales, preferably in the vaping or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of vape products, regulations, and industry trends.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.

Hours: Tuesday-Saturday with the ability to work a flexible schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Based on experience

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
