Advertising Sales Representative

Our client is a recognized leader in the out-of-home advertising industry, delivering innovative media solutions that help brands connect with audiences in meaningful and highly visible ways. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to gain hands-on exposure to media sales, client relationship management, and campaign coordination within a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Working alongside experienced industry professionals, you will play an important role in supporting revenue growth while developing a strong foundation in advertising and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Sales Support

· Review and qualify inbound leads by assessing campaign goals, budgets, and advertising potential to identify strong business opportunities.

· Conduct follow-up communication with prospective clients to maintain engagement and support the sales process.

Client Onboarding & Campaign Coordination

· Manage client onboarding activities, including account setup, sharing creative specifications, and communicating production timelines.

· Coordinate campaign requirements and billing information to ensure a seamless launch process and positive client experience.

· Work closely with internal teams to support campaign execution and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

Proposal Development & Business Outreach

· Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses to introduce advertising opportunities and generate new leads.

· Identify potential growth opportunities by building relationships with prospective clients and understanding their advertising objectives.

CRM & Pipeline Management

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems to track client interactions, proposals, and ongoing sales activity.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

· Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.

· Previous experience in customer service, sales support, business development, or a related environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

· Experience working with CRM systems is considered an asset.

· Strong ability to manage and organize information accurately in a fast-paced environment.

· Confident verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally over the phone and through email.
