You’ll build rapport and trust and you’ll be able to provide information and solutions to keep your customers up and running.Vigilance. Report customer satisfaction, trends and other useful information to your service supervisor. Report any possible leads for equipment sales to the sales team. Develop rapport with customers and be the eyes and ears of the branch; take opportunities to make a difference.Mentorship. Listen actively and perform competence analysis of apprentice technicians. Identify areas for them to improve and provide on the job training to assist in their development.Organization. This is a detail-oriented position and you have already developed personal systems for organizing your work, ensuring you are prepared with information, parts and specialty tooling prior to attending a worksite.What will you find here?We’re a growing business in an exciting industry.
