Manufacturing Engineer Opportunity at Sanmina (Ahuntsic-Cartierville)

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to enhance our manufacturing capabilities. This role will focus on developing processes and continuous improvement within production.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, your primary goal will be evaluating and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality. Youll work with design teams to facilitate recent product introductions while overseeing cost estimation and tooling requirements. Utilizing methodologies like SOP and SPC, youll implement strategies to improve operations and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain manufacturing processes and methods
- Interact with engineering on product developments
- Analyze manufacturing costs and process needs
- Lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Monitor project milestones and resolve challenges
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of process improvement techniques
- Competence in project management and analysis
- Ability to implement engineering changes effectively
