Senior Estimator Needed in Ottawa (Ahuntsic-Cartierville)

Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and review tender documents effectively
- Perform quantity calculations for tender items
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors for relationship building
- Manage risk assessments and project specifications
- Conduct 2D and 3D digital take-offs expertly
Requirements
- Certified Engineering Technologist or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 15 years in infrastructure estimating
- Proven leadership experience with junior staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation software
- Strong analytical and communication skills
