This role combines technical solution design with product ownership, requiring deep experience in high-capacity DWDM systems and PON access technologies. As a strategic thinker, you will work cross-functionally to align with industry standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring that products meet technical and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive architecture for Optical Transport, OLT, and ONT products
- Design DWDM network products with 100G to 800G capabilities
- Foster adoption of SDN architectures and automation frameworks
- Lead evaluations of vendor solutions across multi-vendor environments
- Engage with customers as a subject‑matter expert in proposals
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Over 10 years in senior technical roles in networking
- Solid DWDM optical transport expertise
- Familiarity with GPON and XGS-PON deployment models
- Practical experience with model-driven network management
