As the primary Configuration Management contact, you will support Engineering Change initiatives, focusing on product baselines and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Your responsibilities will include evaluating Engineering Change Proposals and assessing impacts on system safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate Engineering Change Proposals and corrective actions
- Assess impacts of changes on operational safety
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
- Drive best practices in Configuration Management
- Support audits for Engineering Change compliance
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in Configuration Management
- Understanding of change control processes
- Experience with military/commercial CM standards
- Familiarity with CM documentation, tools, and specifications
