The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and manage client information using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Handle administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Utilize Google Suite for documentation and communication purposes.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
• Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and supporting team objectives.
