ERP and IT Infrastructure Manager

Become a key player as the ERP and IT Infrastructure Manager overseeing Sage X3 and corporate technology. Lead initiatives that enhance IT processes and promote the adoption of AI tools effectively. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance & IT, this position involves managing the corporate ERP systems, specifically Sage X3, along with maintaining technology infrastructure. You will oversee user access, optimize systems, and implement necessary policies while ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place. This role is pivotal in standardizing IT processes and will require a strategic approach to technology enhancement. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Sage X3 ERP with data integrity
- Oversee company technology infrastructure alongside MSP
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are implemented
- Standardize IT processes and documentation across departments
- Lead the adoption of artificial intelligence tools and training
- Post-secondary education in Business or IT
- 3-5 years of IT experience in manufacturing
- Proficient with Sage X3 and BI applications
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Organized, results-driven, with multitasking ability
