Alberta Program Manager - IT Transformation

Drive IT transformation as a Program Manager in Alberta, Canada, focusing on large-scale project delivery. Cultivate stakeholder relationships and manage program budgets for success. In this onsite role, you will manage the full lifecycle of IT programs, coordinating with Courts stakeholders and vendors. Your responsibilities will include leading governance processes, providing project updates, and ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals. Use your expertise in Agile methodologies and change management to guide teams through project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery and coordination
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and business plans
- Manage governance, risk, and issue tracking processes
- Support agile delivery and organizational change
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and executive briefings
- Strong background in IT or digital transformation project management
- Extensive experience with Agile delivery approaches
- Excellent communication for stakeholder management
- Ability to steer multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience preparing senior-level presentations and reports
