Sales Consultant - Jaguar Land Rover Metro West

Are you a highly driven, results-oriented individual who is ready to take the first step towards an exciting career in a company committed to your success? Marino’s Automotive Group is looking for a Sales Consultant at Jaguar Land Rover Metro West in Etobicoke!

The Sales Consultant will be the subject matter expert for all customers looking to purchase a vehicle at Jaguar Land Rover Metro West. You will be responsible for providing high-level quality customer service by ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience at Jaguar Land Rover Metro West. If you have a passion for customer service, a sales-oriented background, and a drive for creating long-lasting customer relationships, then this role is for you!

Key responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their needs.
• Respond to client concerns and questions. 
• Develop and maintains a full knowledge of all products, available services, pricing and key features.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for each and every client.  
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 Years in a sales background.
• Valid OMVIC certification.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Experience in luxury vehicle sales or the sale of other luxury products/services.
• Professional demeanour and appearance.
• Ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
• Ability to problem-solve and high attention to detail.
• Loves a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills and understanding of technology.
• Experience with PBS software is considered an asset.

Working Environment:

• Hours: 40 Hours per week
• Working in the Sales Department

Compensation :

• Expected compensation range: $80,000 - $120,000
• The range may vary based on experience and qualifications.

This compensation encompasses commission, non-discretionary performance bonuses and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
