What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte Canada is seeking a Consultant with S2P transformation including SAP Ariba to join our Sourcing & Procurement consulting team. You will support technology-enabled Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives while progressively taking ownership of functional workstreams.
You will work with experienced functional leads to translating business requirements into practical S2P Solutions solutions. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, process and solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, supplier enablement, and post-go-live support, while collaborating regularly with client business and technology teams.

The Deloitte Supply Chain & Network Operations Consulting practice is the largest in the Canadian market and part of the largest consulting firm in the world and growing. We work hand-in-hand with our clients from virtually every industry to improve business performance, drive shareholder value and create competitive advantage. Our work involves developing innovative recommendations to address client issues and presenting findings to senior executives. Depending on the project, we evolve this storyline into a strategic roadmap and detailed project plan for execution. We also collaborate with clients through the implementation to see the vision become a reality.

There are endless options for internal projects that individuals might be passionate about leading or joining: market research, proposals, recruiting, innovation labs, strategy development, AI joint ventures, and career coaching/mentorship, just to name a few.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who:
• Has a bachelor's or master’s degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Has a minimum of 3 years of overall consulting and/or relevant industry experience, including hands-on exposure to S2P Technology such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jagger, or similar implementations or support engagements.
Familiarity and interest with Intake and Orchestration Tools such as Zip, Oro, Tonkean, Levelpath, etc would be an asset
• Has expertise with one or more capabilities, such as Buying and Invoicing, Guided Buying, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Supplier Risk, Business Network, or related integrations. 

• Has experience supporting requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, Source-to-Pay process mapping, solution design, system configuration, approval workflows, testing, cutover, and hyper care. 
• Demonstrates the ability to create high-quality client deliverables and communicate clearly with business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and project leadership.
• Understands sourcing, contracting, supplier management, procurement, receiving, invoicing, accounts payable, or broader Source-to-Pay processes.
• Is committed to professional and client service excellence.
• Has strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills, and works effectively in collaborative teams.
• Is willing to develop deeper in specific tools such SAP Ariba and others expertise through project experience, coaching, and relevant certification.
• SAP Ariba certification and experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Integration including Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, APIs, or third-party procurement integrations are a plus.

Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
