Corporate Law Associate - Calgary Opportunity

Advance your legal career as a Corporate Law Associate in Calgary, Alberta. This mid-senior level position focuses on both corporate and securities law within a hybrid work environment. - Execute complex mergers and acquisitions transactions
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance issues
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including investment banks
- Ensure timely management of multiple legal projects
- Prepare and review key legal documentation
- 5 to 7 years post-call experience in corporate law
- Strong knowledge of M&A processes and corporate governance
- Advanced drafting and legal analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Eligible to practice law in Canada
