Job Description
The General Office Receptionist reports to the Office Manager and provides welcoming, organized front-desk support for clients and customers. This entry-level role uses Outlook and Microsoft Office, paper-based systems, and Universal Scheduling to coordinate daily office operations while assisting visitors and callers. The position offers opportunities to grow into an Administrative Coordinator role and pursue cross-functional development.
Responsibilities
- Provide front desk coverage and welcome clients and customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route calls to the appropriate contacts.
- Schedule appointments using Universal Scheduling and related systems.
- Prepare documents using Microsoft Office and paper-based systems.
- Track office supplies and support organized inventory management.
- Assist customers and visitors with professional, responsive service.
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in reception and administrative support.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
