Since our launch in 2002, we've expanded to become Western Canada's premier commercial vehicle outfitter and are recognized throughout North America. We owe much of our 24 years of success to the efforts of our smart, efficient, and hardworking team members. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support our Purchasing team.

What You Will Do
- Create and issue purchase orders accurately and on time
- Coordinate freight shipments
- Track open purchase orders and follow up with suppliers
- Maintain and update purchasing and inventory data in the system
- Communicate with vendors on order confirmations and updates
- Support the team with quotes, data collection, and reporting
Your Experience
- Interest or education in business or supply chain
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with vendors and internal teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Excel and computer systems; ERP experience is an asset
- Experience in a purchasing, coordination, or administrative role is an asset
