Investment Management Client Services Supervisor

Drive superior client care as an Investment Management Client Services Supervisor at TD. Lead a team delivering tailored investment advice to high-net-worth individuals. TD Wealth Management seeks a seasoned supervisor with over seven years of people management experience. With a strong focus on effective decision-making, you will lead improvements and manage operational efficiencies within the branch. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and team performance
- Coach staff to recognize client needs
- Lead recruitment to enhance workforce diversity
- Implement policies for client service quality
- Resolve daily issues and escalate as needed
- Minimum 7 years of related management experience
- Strong Wealth Management expertise required
- CIRO licensing as an Investment Representative
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Necessary post-secondary education
