Senior Accountant for Investment Funds

Advance your career as a Senior Financial Accountant specializing in Financial Reporting and Taxation. This role emphasizes your skills in recording financial activities and preparing essential documentation. As a part of the financial team, you will report to the Senior Manager and will handle critical tasks such as preparing year-end audit files and financial statements. Candidates should have three to four years of financial reporting experience, particularly within investment companies or real estate. Key Responsibilities:
- Record month-end adjusting and capital entries
- Prepare month-end reporting for external use
- Assist in invoice coding for accurate accounting
- Prepare tax working paper files by deadlines
- Manage exhibitions with management and financial providers
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar field
- Minimum three years of accounting experience
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and strong interpersonal abilities
- Preferred knowledge of Yardi system
