About Caredara
Caredara is an on-demand care readiness and activation platform connecting families with trusted PSWs, RPNs, and RNs when care is needed most.
Unlike traditional home care agencies, Caredara empowers practitioners with flexible, independent work opportunities while helping families access responsive support during transitional care moments such as:
- Hospital discharge
- Caregiver burnout
- Sudden health or mobility changes
- Short-term stabilization and in-home support
We are currently expanding our practitioner network and looking for compassionate, professional care providers to join the platform.
Caredara is a readiness platform . We build density (enough qualified practitioners across a region) so that when a client need appears, care can be activated quickly. Being onboarded doesn’t always mean instant bookings—and that’s by design.
What this means for you
- You may complete onboarding and not receive a booking right away.
- Bookings depend on timing + proximity + qualifications + client needs.
- The goal is to build a strong local network so opportunities increase over time.
Role Description
As a Caredara Practitioner Partner, you control your own availability and choose the opportunities that work for you.
Once onboarded, qualified practitioners may receive booking notifications based on:
- Location
- Availability
- Credentials
- Client care needs
There are:
- No minimum hours
- No mandatory shifts
- No penalties for declining bookings
This is care — on your terms.
Qualifications
We are currently onboarding:
- Personal Support Workers (PSWs)
- Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs)
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
What we are looking for:
- Relevant certifications, registration, or licensing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and professional approach to care
- Comfortable working independently
- Passion for supporting seniors and families
- Ability to complete onboarding and verification requirements
What You'll Do
- Deliver compassionate, professional in-home care
- Support clients and families during transitional or urgent care situations
- Review visit details and care notes through the app
- Clock in and manage visits digitally
- Maintain professionalism, communication, and client trust
- Provide care aligned with client needs and platform standards
