Distribution Coordinator

As a Distribution Coordinator in our Operations function within the Spine division, you’ll play a critical role in warehouse operations — ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, receiving, and shipping of medical devices and surgical kits so surgeons have the right products exactly when they need them.What You’ll DoPick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailReceive and inspect incoming goods from suppliers and customers, ensuring proper documentation and quality standardsMaintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle countsOrganize and maintain warehouse space for maximum efficiency and safetyProcess returns, restock items, and complete all required documentationSupport kitting activities including kit preparation and breakdown when requiredCollaborate with Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentAssist with shipping coordination and logistics documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environmentFollow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and safety protocolsMonitor and replenish warehouse supplies as neededWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required1–3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environmentsExperience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated environments is an assetFamiliarity with ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferredStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a teamReliable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftWhy VB Spine?We believe in growing talent from within.
