Bilingual Field Service Coordinator

Endress+Hauser Canada was founded on May 1st, 1990. The company's main office is in Burlington, Ontario and additional offices are in Montreal, Quebec, Calgary & Edmonton, Alberta. Our Channel Partners and Authorized Service Partners provide coverage and support across Canada.

We are looking for a Bilingual Service Coordinator to join our Group. The Bilingual Service Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for the Service Manager and Service Operations Supervisor, handling administrative tasks. As a central resource, they maintain clarity, frequency, and accuracy in their work. Their role involves ensuring systematic and conscientious customer service while acting as the primary liaison between internal and external customers. They play a crucial part in scheduling, executing, and completing field service activities promptly, providing timely and accurate reports for the service or sales

You’re the conductor of a service orchestra, orchestrating seamless interactions, hitting all the right notes, and leaving everyone impressed.

Which tasks will you perform?

  • Coordination and scheduling of all service activities
  • Ensures technical details regarding a service call are received by the customer and are recorded.
  • Prepares and ships the appropriate tools and parts for the site visit.
  • Makes any necessary arrangements for the site visit and/or the technician.
  • Collaborates with Tools Manager for tools planning.
  • Ensures all invoicing is done accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Processing of orders for spare parts, tools, and consumables.
  • Proactive follow up with customers regarding service calls.
  • Participation in service meetings as necessary.
  • Facilitates any training needed within the field service department.
  • Preparation of miscellaneous reports as needed or requested by the Service Manager or the Service Supervisor.
  • Follows all appropriate procedures are followed.
  • Ensures key stakeholders are informed.
  • Plays active role and abides to safety program and policies.
  • Proactively provides input on value added services, projects, or tools.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

What do we expect from you?

  • College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of coordination and/or scheduling experience required.
  • Intermediate computer processing skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with SAP is an asset.
  • Must be fluently bilingual (French/English)
