Bilingual Client Service Professional

Support BDO clients in Montreal through professional reception, phone service, and administrative coordination. This position uses English communication daily.

As a Client Service Professional, you will support BDO’s Office Administration team. The work includes answering inquiries, routing calls, scheduling meetings, processing payments, and maintaining reception. You will also prepare documents, manage calendars, and maintain shared email communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customer inquiries by phone and walk-in
• Receive and route calls to appropriate departments
• Coordinate client meetings and office functions
• Process payments and submit invoices for payment
• Maintain reception, meeting rooms, and shared files

Requirements:

• Professional reception and administrative experience advantageous
• Business Diploma or Office Administration course highly regarded
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail
